Enter email address (so we can notify you)  required
Your Name so you can share your test on the web (e.g, My Test  )
Enter your photo URL's (from Flickr, Picasa, Photobucket or anywhere on the web...) size: 320 pixels width  x 240 pixels height  (maximum height=240)  otherwise your photo will be resized
Image slots you don't fill will be filled randomly
